My vision, my goal, my inspiration, is to help you achieve it and that's why I set up Sandis Coaching.

I have trained with the largest coach training school in the world 'The Coaching Academy' and have an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, NLP, EFT Goal Mapping and D.I.S.C

I also have the advantage of speaking three languages fluently and have worked with clients around the world.

Having grown up in several countries abroad I have a thorough understanding of the diversity of cultures that enables me to connect with clients on another level.

I also hold a BA (Hons) degree in Classics and well as Drama and Stage Management.

My work experience has taken me from winning temp of the year for Financial Times Business and The Capital Markets Company in London, to working for a children's charity at Oxford Brookes University to owning my own educational theatre company Sandis Productions. I have  successfully managed to create over 100 events of a high profile calibre ranging from international festivals to children’s educational shows some of which I wrote and directed myself to critical acclaim.

I am also very proud to be the Chair of Barnardos Children’s Charity “Young Professionals Ball” Committee, a charity I hold very dear to my heart as they make such a massive difference to children's lives on a daily basis.

In my private life I have had to overcome what (at the time) seemed to be an impossible set of circumstances from my mum's cancer to losing the love of my life Jamie as well as numerous health problems that made me gain weight from a size 8 to 18 !

Like so many people I was always there for everyone else making sure that they were OK and always putting my needs and desires last. I lacked confidence and self esteem and spent my life analyzing every decision and constantly wondering "what if... and... if only" . I still remember what it feels like having to put on a brave face whilst working full time in a high profile job when inside you are crumbling.

No one around me could tell so when I reached an all time low it came as a shock to those close to me. This was however the best thing that could have happened to me and I often tell clients who are facing major issues in their life that sometimes you need to reach that low in order to truly desire and seek change. Coaching was to be the beginning of a new and wonderful chapter in my life . Today I understand the importance of taking care of myself as well as others and my goal and dream is to help empower as many people as possible so that they can transform their lives without having to reach that dark place.

This was also the inspiration behind creating Cuddle My Soul. A place where you could walk in and find everything you might need to feel pampered under one roof and where support is easily and effortlessly available all within a luxurious environment.

It is this rich and varied background that has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life.I feel very privileged that I can finally bring all my skills together to pursue my passion for coaching which at the heart of it, is a love of people and the opportunity to help make their dreams a reality.
