6. Top Tips for a Great Day !

1. TOP CONFIDENCE TIP - Internal Dialogue

Watch your language! Are you your own best friend or worst enemy? Putting yourself down saps confidence and self esteem.  How often do you say "It was nothing" or "I'm not very good at that" or "I'd never be able to do that" ? Those little put downs tell others that you really don't value yourself very much, so why should they?

MY TOP TIP - Whenever you hear that little voice use the words you hear but try changing something about it. Change the tone or say the same negative comment in a funny or sexy voice, soon your subconcious won't take the negative banter seriously.


2.TOP DECLUTTER TIP

Decluttering is one of the best ways to reduce stress and to free you up both mentally and physically to make room for new things to come into your life.

MY TOP TIP
Start with the area that worries you the most. It might be your bedside table or the hallway to your home. Start small. Set a timer for just 7 minutes and work on area,or one drawer. If you find you want to carry on great but if you’ve had enough, stop at least you’ve made some progress. Do 7 minutes again tomorrow. You will be amazed how quickly you start to see progress.


3. TOP RELATIONSHIP TIP

Communication, Communication, Communication! Lack of communication is the biggest threat to good relationships. When you get out of the habit of communicating it can be quite hard and scary to get back into it.

Listening is hard work, so we don't give it the time it deserves and we miss so much of what the other person is saying or trying to say to us.

MY TOP TIP

Next time you are in a conversation with your partner really listen and ask yourself the question "Is there more?" and carry on listening - you will be surprised at how much more there is!
