Life Coaching is primarily conducted by phone and email which means that we can connect even when we're at opposite ends of the world. And I want you to know that Sandis Coaching is NOT designed to keep you as a client, month after month. It's designed to help you achieve your goals in as little or as long a time as you feel you need. Please find a selection of options below.
Hourly Telephone Coaching
I offer one off hourly telephone coaching,if you feel monthly coaching is not a
good fit for your schedule or your budget at this time. You'll be amazed at how much we can
accomplish together in just one hour.

Monthly Telephone Coaching
We can schedule three one-hour telephone sessions per month. In addition I might also set you some small non- compulsary tasks to complete between sessions.

Monthly E-mail Coaching
Do you prefer to communicate exclusively by e-mail? If email works better for you, we can schedule virtual sessions or an agreed amount of emails per month.However I cannot guarantee a specific time frame for responding.

One to One Live Coaching
I usually coach via the telephone. If you wish to have a one to one session to benefit from some of the other tools I use such as EFT, I offer one to one sessions in my private office or in the
Cuddle My Soul Premises in Thame please ask me for any offers available at the time of booking.
